Humanizing Human Beings Is WRONG - Just Ask NARAL

You probably didn't realize this, but Super Bowl 50 was played yesterday. I mean, it hardly got any attention at all leading up to the game, so it's understandable that you might not have known about the game.

(Congratulations to the Denver Broncos for the win, even though they weren't the team I wanted to win. It was nice, however, to see Peyton Manning likely end his career by winning the penultimate game of the season)

If you missed the game, you might have missed the commercial Doritos made specifically to air during the game's broadcast time slot, the same as they have done for the past several Super Bowls. In case you haven't seen it, here it is:

Personally, I think it's a brilliant bit of advertising. I don't care that Dad is stereotyped as an idiot, or that Mom is portrayed as uptight and having to tolerate Dad's idiocy. The commercial is effective at what it was intended to do; advance the Doritos brand name. The commercial is memorable and that is what's most important in the advertising game.

One of the unintended consequences of this particular commercial, however, is that it's attracted the attention of at least one pro-abortion extremistist group - the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League, or NARAL.

Following the initial airing of the commercial, NARAL post this tweet complaining about the ad:

Notice the language: tactic of humanizing fetuses. 

Yep, you actually did read that correctly. NARAL actually complained about Doritos "humanizing fetuses." Seriously?! What do they think the woman was pregnant with? A tree?! Maybe a puppy? Oh, I know... That clump of cells was obviously a Volkswagen.

Heaven forbid we "humanize" an actual HUMAN BEING. (oops... I said "heaven." What was I thinking?!) To imagine that a human being is, well, a human being is absolute heresy to the pro-abortion extremists. Too bad the actual science disagrees with them.

Pro-abortion extremists like NARAL and Planned Parenthood have maintained a death grip on the language surrounding abortion for far too long under the twin "guilting" principles of tolerance and political correctness. We "hurt their feelings," they cry, because we don't believe as they do

Pro-lifers have been mostly reluctant to engage them for fear of being labeled bigots, etc., but it's our own damn fault. I'm no longer willing to roll over and play dead for the sake of their feelings. If what they believe is so important to them, they should have to stand up to defend their positions, forced to accept the responsibility required of their actions.

More importantly - so should pro-lifers. It's no longer enough to simply "be against" abortion. We must make it so our voices will be heard, whether that's writing about it as I've done for years, attending pro-life rallies (which I intend to do in the near future), or donating to pro-life groups to help get the message out.

I believe the tide is turning, ladies and gentlemen, but it's been a long, slow process. The younger generations, for all their perceived failings, are becoming far more pro-life than their parents' generations. It's time to take a stand and fight for what's right.

The Plantation Of Liberalism

Ferguson , New York City, Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans and EVERY OTHER MAJOR BLACK CITY IN AMERICA HAS BEEN RUN BY DEMOCRATS FOR DECADES! Now you are seeing the results of decades of social engineering. You are seeing the results of poverty, high crime and ignorance after decades of Democrat control. The War on Poverty that Lyndon Johnson started has been an abject failure, but that was its intention all along - to breed low educated, low informed dependents of government, for the sake of votes.

Blacks make up 13% of Americas population, but are responsible for most of the crime. They fill the jails, the slums, the neighborhoods where the Democrats want them to live. They keep voting Democrat, but nothing gets better.

Now we have the most divisive and racist President in the history of America. We also have his equally racist henchmen, Eric Holder, who refuses to enforce actual law, as opposed to activist law. They choose to make the criminals victims and the law abiding citizens of America the criminals. Need an example? Executive amnesty.

In reality, these so called activists are extreme hypocrites . Black Lives Matter. Yes they do, except where is your outrage for the hundreds of thousands of black on black killings? I see no marches, hashtags, protests, looting, calls for dialogue and conversation when blacks commit murder a thousand fold on each other. No, only the incidents involving a white individual (not including whited killed by blacks) which can be spun into hate crimes.

Planned Parenthood says Black Lives Matter. Planned Parenthood was created by a Nazi sympathizing Klanswoman named Margaret Sanger, for the purpose of eugenics - it's  population control through abortion in the black community. She's a progressive hero, by the way.

The only thing the Brown and Garner incidents have in common is that they both broke the law and resisted arrest.

FYI, the Garner incident was being overseen by a BLACK FEMALE NYPD SERGEANT, and at no time did she call for any sort of restraint. If what happened in the eyes of a black woman did not appear racist, it shoots the whole argument down that this was a hate crime.

Two grand juries, made up of black and white, two "no bill" decisions, based on evidence from black and white witnesses. Apparently, thanks to a POTUS who constantly breaks the law and gets away with it, that sort of mentality is permeating through the neighborhoods of his voters.

If you want to blame white people, blame Mayor Deblasio of New York. He sent the cops after Garner because he wanted his precious tax money! In fact, you can thank both black and white Democrats, who for decades have segregated blacks into the high crime, high poverty areas they currently occupy. Let's not forget Margaret Sanger, Lyndon Johnson, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, and even Bill Clinton, until he got a Republican Congress.

Black Lives do Matter! It's about time the hypocrisy of picking and choosing what outrages you ends. If you are upset about only two, yet ignore the massive black on black crime , you don't have any sort of argument. If you vote Democrat for decades - the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow and the KKK, the party of segregation, the party of social engineering and eugenics, the party of the government plantation - and you vote Democrat over and over again, and can't understand why nothing has changed for you, you will never find help.

One Of The Most Disgusting Things I've Ever Heard About

For those who don't already know, my son was born a week before my twenty-third birthday.  He was the greatest birthday present I have ever received, and not a day goes by that I don't thank God for His blessing.  What makes the birth of my son even more special is that he was planned - planned because his egg-donor (the tamest of nicknames I use for his bio-mom) miscarried an earlier, unplanned pregnancy.

I was there when my namesake was born, and I was the proudest papa ever.  I'm still the proudest father of one of the finest human beings I've ever had the fortune to know.  I was the first to hold him, even before his egg-donor, and I almost didn't put him down for his first three days.

When my son was about six months old, his egg-donor decided she wanted to have another child.  It was a feeble attempt to save a failing relationship, but we were just young, and stupid, enough to think that it might work.  It didn't.

Four and a half months into the second pregnancy, the egg-donor, unbeknownst to me, decided she didn't want to be pregnant anymore.  She told me she was going to visit her cousin one morning as I was leaving for work, but that's decidedly not where she wound up going.

To make a long story somewhat shorter, while I was at work, she decided to go murder my second child.  She was proud of what she had done.  She bragged about it, got right in my face about it.  It took every single ounce of self-control I had to keep from killing her where she stood as she taunted me with the fact that she murdered my child.

And yes, that's exactly what abortion is.  I don't sugarcoat things, and if you've ever read my blog before, you already know that I don't do "politically correct."  Abortion IS murder.  Even if I wasn't Catholic, I'd base my opposition to the murder of the most innocent amongst us on the scientific and medical fact that human life begins at conception.

I left her that night, luckily without killing her, and in doing so, I made the hardest decision I've ever had to make - I left my son there with her.  It worked out later on, though, as she essentially dropped him off on my doorstep two weeks after his first birthday, and I obtained full custody shortly thereafter.

That background information is necessary for you to understand the biggest reason why I'm so passionate in my stand against abortion, and so you'll know why I'm absolutely disgusted by THIS.  Yes, they made a movie, released in theaters, that's being called an "abortion comedy" - as if there's something funny about murdering a child.

The lead actress of the movie Obvious Child says it's "not an agenda movie."  The writer-director called it "a reaction against movies like Juno and Knocked Up, where unplanned pregnancies result in positive birth stories."  According to this window-licker, those movies were a "misrepresentation of women onscreen when it came to unplanned pregnancy" and "just didn't feel true."  I'm sorry, but even with the appalling prevalence of abortion in today's society, there's still more births than abortions.  So what, exactly, doesn't ring true about mothers giving birth to their babies?

The pro-murder crowd is something akin to drooling in their praise for this movie.  The president of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards called it in a tweet "an incredibly funny, honest and smart movie about abortion," while the organization itself tweeted, "So excited!"  Cecile Richards, by the way, is the woman who, when asked when she believed human life began, said, "I don't know that it's really relevant to the conversation" about abortion.

But remember, it's not an agenda movie, even though the filmmakers apparently worked very closely with Planned Parenthood to depict the abortion scene accurately and "positively."  Yes, they actually take the cameras into the room where the procedure is performed.  Sounds like that will be a funny scene, doesn't it?  Nothing to see here.  Move along!

The movie is getting rave reviews by the leftist media, one reviewer even going so far as saying it's "not only the best abortion rom-com I've ever seen, but it's also the best movie I've seen so far this year."  I won't detail any of the other reviews, as I'm already too disgusted by this entire thing.

We already have to deal with the fact that abortion is legal and accepted by far too many, but now it's being glorified by having a romantic comedy built around it.  But remember, there's no agenda here.

We are losing this fight, and I can only pray that God forgives us when all is said and done.  Lord knows, we're going to need that forgiveness. ~ Hunter
